Which is the status of Electrical Power and Energy Systems (EPES) and existing armours against cyber and privacy attacks?
How to reconcile EPES critical infrastructure development activities with privacy, ethics, societal and cybersecurity concerns?
To answer these and other questions, PHOENIX is going to hold a final workshop and a round table, with the participation of policy makers from all around Europe, who will debate on critical infrastructures (i.e. energy) and existing armours against cyber and privacy attacks.
Specifically, in this workshop entitled “Privacy, Ethics and Cybersecurity aspects in Critical Infrastructures” CyberEthics Lab. is involving research projects from the EPES cluster, in order to show the addressed challenges (e.g. privacy and ethics concerns, compliance with regulatory frameworks and social acceptance of technology) and the proposed solutions with disruptive technologies (e.g. blockchain, inter-net of things, artificial intelligence).
The Final Workshop will be held in Rome on July 7th 2022. Workshop venue is the Hotel Savoy.
(You can find further details about venue and hotels here).
The round table will provide you with updates on how the PHOENIX project is innovating the technology against cyberattacks, as well as the possibility of sharing your valuable opinion on this relevant technology and its impacts. We will incorporate the results of the discussion – together with our thoughts and conclusions - in a Policy Brief, which will be then made available to policy makers who are interested in these topics.
We would be honoured if you would participate and be part of the pool of policy makers and experts that will participate in the discussion.
